Step by step
How to use JSON-LD Syntax Inspector
Prepare your input
Paste raw JSON-LD or HTML containing application/ld+json script elements.
Run the tool
Choose Generate / Analyze to parse each block and list its top-level contexts and types.
Check and use the result
Correct syntax errors, then use the relevant vocabulary and rich-result validators for deeper checks.
How this tool works
Paste JSON-LD as raw JSON, or paste HTML that contains application/ld+json script elements. The inspector parses each block and reports top-level types and names.
Scope and limitations
Valid JSON syntax does not prove Schema.org validity, factual accuracy or rich-result eligibility. Remote contexts are not fetched. Use Schema.org Validator and Google Rich Results Test for their respective requirements.

Frequently asked questions
Does passing this check guarantee a rich result?
No. This is a syntax inspector. It does not fully validate Schema.org vocabulary, remote contexts, factual accuracy or search-feature eligibility.
Is JSON-LD Syntax Inspector free?
Yes. This public tool does not require an account, payment or subscription.
Where is my input processed?
The tool-specific processing runs in your browser. Website delivery still involves hosting requests; see the privacy policy for details. Read the privacy policy.
Can I paste a whole page?
Yes. Paste full HTML and the inspector finds every script of type application/ld+json and checks each one. You can also paste a single JSON-LD object.
Does a pass mean I will get rich results?
No. This checks syntax, @context and @type. Google decides eligibility for rich results. After fixing syntax here, test the live URL in Google’s Rich Results Test.
Why use this tool
Schema markup validator for quick syntax checks
Broken JSON-LD is silently ignored by search engines. Check product, FAQ, article, organization or local business markup before you deploy, without waiting for a live crawl.
Your privacy: Your markup is checked in your browser and never sent to ToolTama.
